What is the minimum order quantity?

Shipping, Payment and Returns

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from Yueqing, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China.

Which countries do you ship to?

International shipping availability depends on the destination and product. We welcome enquiries from Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions. Contact us to confirm service to your address.

How long does order preparation take?

Standard in-stock products are generally prepared within 3–7 business days. Customized products and bulk orders generally require 7–20 business days after specifications, order details and payment are confirmed.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping is quoted according to the destination, shipment weight, package dimensions and selected shipping method. Import duties and destination charges may apply unless a quotation expressly states DDP.

What payment methods are available?

Available payment methods, including eligible card options, are displayed during checkout. For bulk orders, the accepted method is confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.

Can I return a product?

Eligible standard products may be returned when the requirements in our Return & Refund Policy are met. Customized products and customized bulk orders are generally not returnable unless an eligible issue is confirmed.
